Offline CAD and engineering review

Offline viewing and CAD tools are free and need no account. Respect the rights of file owners. Use the exact/approximate labels and tool-specific limits shown in the app. Independently verify dimensions, geometry and motion before manufacturing or other critical use; AI and preview results can be wrong. PartLens does not replace your engineering approval process.

Optional accounts and AI

Online AI needs an account, internet access, consent for each job and sufficient credits. Protect your sign-in and send only material you have permission to process. The app sends limited design facts and optional generated pictures under the choices described on the consent screen. A charge is settled only after device validation. If confirmation is interrupted, check your account's final balance/history before assuming whether a charge occurred.

Free revisions and undo eligibility are determined by the service and shown in your account/conversation. A free revision does not consume another credit. A credit hold for an unsuccessful job is released. Contact support about an incorrect charge, with its job or transaction identifier.

Apple purchases and renewals

Credit packs are one-time purchases. Pro monthly grants 40 credits per monthly billing period; Pro yearly grants 480 credits per yearly billing period. Apple displays the localized total price and billing period before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple account settings. A subscription cancellation stops future renewal; purchase refunds are handled by Apple. Credits are kept in the PartLens account and are consumed when used; this service currently applies no automatic credit-expiry schedule. Refunded purchases remove their associated credits, which can result in a negative balance.

Store purchases belong to the PartLens account used when buying. Restore purchases while signed into that same account. Apple/Google store terms and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. No website checkout is offered inside the iOS app.

Deletion and service changes

Deleting an account removes access to its remaining credits and online history; local CAD projects remain. Cancel store subscriptions separately before deletion if you do not want renewals. The service may restrict abusive activity or pause when credit/cost limits are reached. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a fixed future feature set. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
